RULES AND REGULATIONS

ENTRY FORMS & PAYMENT POLICY:

Policy

Please complete an entry form for each pro-am student and amateur couple, plus the hotel rooming list and account payment summary and mail to the organizers. All participants (competitors and spectators) must sign the release form. A minimum deposit of $250 plus all entry fees is required for each student, teacher and spectator by the closing date in order to secure reservations. Balance is due prior to the event or on arrival. Payments made after July 24th must be in the form of Cashiers Check, Money Order or Cash. No business or personal checks will be accepted after this date or at the competition. All payments originating outside the U.S.A. must be made payable through a U.S. bank in U.S. Dollars.
