RULES AND REGULATIONS
HOTEL PACKAGE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
1. Cancellations received by July 31st will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations received after July 31st will be charged the full $250 deposit. Balance of package payment will be refunded. Packages canceled within 3 days of the event will also be charged for the pre-guaranteed meals paid to the hotel. Refunds involving hotel accommodations will be processed 30 days from the date the hotel master account is received by the organizer.
